As a patient I can't help but feel anxious and vulnerable. Every person I met has explained everything I need to know and ensured I feel comfortable. It is always difficult to ask for help for small things eg pick up my phone when I dropped it or absolutely anything. But throughout my stay here again, I felt that all the staff were just here to help me. I appreciated:
